Mit dieser von der Handelskammer Bozen 1969 eingeführten Schutzmarke werden Holzskulpturen gekennzeichnet, die ausschließlich und vollständig von Hand gefertigt werden. Die Kennzeichnung erfolgt durch die Anbringung einer ordnungsgemäß registrierten Metallplakette auf der Holzskulptur und die Ausstellung einer Bescheinigung, welche die vollständige Handarbeit nachweist. Nach beendeter Vorarbeit, dem Zuhauen, wird die Schutzmarke mit der Aufschrift ENTIRELY HAND CARVED von einem Experten der Handelskammer Bozen auf der Skulptur angebracht. Nach Vollendung der Holzskulptur prüft der Experte die Arbeit erneut und stellt die Bescheinigung aus. Diese ist ein fortlaufend nummeriertes amtliches Dokument der Handelskammer und enthält alle zur Kennzeichnung der Holzskulptur erforderlichen Angaben. Questo marchio di tutela, introdotto nel 1969 dalla Camera di commercio di Bolzano, contraddistingue le sculture in legno eseguite esclusivamente ed interamente a mano. Le opere sono contrassegnate dal marchio di tutela, un dischetto di metallo regolarmente registrato, e da un certificato che documenta la lavorazione eseguita interamente a mano. A sbozzatura ultimata, il marchio di tutela con la scritta ENTIRELY HAND CARVED viene apposto sull’opera da un esperto della Camera di commercio di Bolzano. Non appena è ultimata la scultura in legno, l'esperto l’analizza attentamente e rilascia il relativo certificato. Si tratta di un documento ufficiale della Camera di commercio, numerato progressivamente, che contiene tutti gli elementi atti ad individuare inequivocabilmente l'opera. Per tutte le sculture in legno dotate del marchio di tutela e del certificato la Camera di commercio di Bolzano garantisce che si tratta di opere prodotte interamente a mano.

This trademark, introduced by the Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano in 1969, is used for wood sculptures that are exclusively and entirely hand made. Each artwork is assigned a small round plate bearing a registered symbol, together with a certificate guaranteeing that it was entirely hand carved. Once a rough-hewn carving is ready, the trademark with the inscription "ENTIRELY HAND CARVED" is applied on the sculpture by an expert from the Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano. As soon as the artwork is finished, the expert performs a thorough assessment and then issues the final certificate. This certificate is an official document issued by the Chamber of Commerce. It is progressively numbered and provides all the relevant details to unequivocally identify each artwork. The Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano guarantees that all wood carvings featuring this trademark and the certificate are entirely hand carved.
